Explanation of Responses:

1. Award of performance stock units received pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan granted in 2018, vesting after 3 years depending upon performance, settled in shares of Class A common stock with the fractional shares settled in cash.

2. Represents the grant of time vesting restricted stock pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The units vest in three equal installments on each March 31, 2022, March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, subject to continued employment through each applicable vesting date, and are settled in shares of Class A common stock (with any fractional shares settled in cash).
