Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 16, 2019, the Company announced in a press release that it appointed a Director of Real Estate and three Advisory Board members to work with the Company as it moves forward its operations.
It should be noted that none of the individuals, are currently employees of the Company. The individuals set forth in the press release are independent service providers at this time and do not work for the Company on a full-time basis. As the Company ramps up its operations and is able to obtain sufficient funds to cover operations, it hopes that it will be able to provide to some, if not all, of these individuals the opportunity to become employees of the Company.
