Represents phantom stock disposed of by the reporting person pursuant to a transfer to another investment within her deferred income plan account, which account is payable in cash to the reporting person in 2025. Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of Spire Inc. common stock.

2. Represents phantom stock disposed of by the reporting person pursuant to a transfer to another investment within her deferred income plan account, which account is payable in cash to the reporting person in 2023. Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of Spire Inc. common stock.

3.
