As previously disclosed by Moody National REIT II, Inc. (the “Company”), on May 24, 2016, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company’s operating partnership acquired fee simple title to a hotel known as the Springhill Suites Seattle Downtown (the “Springhill Suites Seattle”). On May 31, 2016, the Company distributed a press release announcing the acquisition of the Springhill Suites Seattle. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
