Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the receipt of common units representing limited partner interests in the Issuer (the "Common Units") by virtue of a pro-rata in kind distribution without consideration from funds that are members of AIM Landmark Holdings LLC, which funds received such Common Units through a pro-rata in kind distribution without consideration from AIM Landmark Holdings LLC on February 20, 2018.

Remarks:

The Reporting Person is a director of Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP LLC, the general partner of the Issuer (the "General Partner"). The Issuer is managed by the directors and executive officers of the General Partner.
