(the “Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of Panama in 2006 that is a foreign private issuer as defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Company’s common shares are listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. The Company has today submitted a draft Registration Statement on Form F-1 in electronic form, requesting confidential treatment for that submission.
The Registration Statement relates to a proposed offering of common shares of the Company, to be made in the United States and elsewhere by the Company, one of its subsidiaries and the other selling shareholders named in the registration statement. Only common shares will be offered, there will be no ADR deposit facility.
