Intercorp Financial Services Inc. (“IFS”) notifies you, as a Material Event, that on October 21, 2021 Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) has affirmed IFS’ long-term and short-term ratings at BBB- and F3, respectively. In addition, Fitch affirmed its long-term and short-term ratings for Banco Internacional del Peru S.A.A. (“Interbank”), one of IFS’ subsidiaries, at BBB and F3, respectively. The outlook for both IFS and Interbank has been reviewed from negative to stable in light of similar action on the outlook for Peru’s sovereign rating.
