Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 27, 2007, Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the approval by its Board of Directors of a variable dividend policy replacing the Company’s fixed dividend policy that was adopted in 1998. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
