Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 20, 2021, Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2029 at a price equal to 100% of face value. The offering has been upsized from the previously announced amount of $400 million. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
