On May 21, 2015, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 28, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
