Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 16, 2015, Avenue Financial Holdings, Inc. announced that it will issue its results of operations for the first quarter and three months ended March 31, 2015, after the market closes on April 23, 2015 and hold a conference call to discuss the results of operations on April 24, 2015.
