On July 24, 2015, Avenue Financial Holdings issued a press release announcing that members of the management team will present at the Keefe, Bruyette and Woods’ (KBW) 2015 Community Bank Investor Conference in New York on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
