2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $46.63 to $47.01. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. 3. The option vested and became exercisable as to 25% on 1/22/2020, and the remaining shares will vest monthly and become exercisable over four years.
