The Company will ensure all GAAP measures are presented with equal or greater prominence to non-GAAP measures, as required consistent with Item 10(e)(1)(i)(A) of Regulation S-K and Question 102.10 of the Staff’s C&DI’s on Non-GAAP Financial Measures.
