On November 15, 2017, Kearny Financial Corp. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share to stockholders of record as of December 6, 2017, payable on December 20, 2017.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is included as exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
