Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baltimore served most recently as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) (“RLJ”), a lodging REIT, and as a member of its board of trustees from RLJ’s formation on January 31, 2011 until May 11, 2016.
