Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 14, 2022, ZipRecruiter, Inc. (“ZipRecruiter” or the "Company") held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the matters acted upon at the Annual Meeting and the final voting results on each matter. For more information about these proposals, please refer to the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2022.
Proposal One: Election of Directors
The Company’s stockholders elected Ian Siegel and Cipora Herman as members of the Company’s board of directors as Class I directors for a three-year term expiring at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until such director’s successor is duly elected and qualified. The results of the vote were as follows:
