Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A is being filed to report Adjusted diluted earnings per share for the Company for the fourteen and thirty-nine weeks ended October 4, 2015 as $0.21 and $0.62 per share, respectively. The amount previously reported for such periods was $0.18 and $0.59 per share, respectively.
