1. The Issuer's 7.00% notes due 2020 were redeemed in full on May 24, 2018 at a price equal to the aggregate principal amount thereof plus accrued but unpaid interest to, but excluding, the date of redemption

2. The price reported in Column 4 is an aggregate purchase price. These notes were purchased at a price of $24.75 per $25 aggregate principal amount.

3. These shares are held in an account for the benefit of Anna Majewski, Thomas Majewski's daughter. Thomas Majewski has investment authority over this account. Thomas Majewski disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
