On April 16, 2018, World Currency Gold Trust filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Trust with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware for the purpose of changing its name to “World Gold Trust” (the “Certificate of Amendment”). The Certificate of Amendment, which became effective on April 16, 2018, is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
