On June 19, 2017, Nexvet Biopharma public limited company (the “Company”) issued an announcement (the “Rule 2.10 Announcement”) pursuant to Rule 2.10 of the Irish Takeover Panel Act, 1997, Takeover Rules 2013, that as at the close of business on June 16, 2017 its issued share capital comprised 11,922,150 ordinary shares of $0.125 each.
