1. Reflects grant of restricted share units at the commencement of the reporting person's employment on 8/31/20 prior to being appointed as an officer of the Issuer. Restricted share units accrue dividend equivalent units and convert to ordinary shares upon vesting. Award vests in thirds on 8/31/21, 8/31/22 and 8/31/23.
