Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 14, 2016, Carey Credit Income Fund 2016 T (the “Company”) increased its public offering price from $9.40 per share to $9.45 per share. The increase in the public offering price will be effective as of the Company’s June 16, 2016 weekly closing and first applied to subscriptions received in good order from June 9, 2016 through June 15, 2016.
In accordance with the Company’s previously disclosed share pricing policy, the Company’s board of trustees determined that an increase in the public offering price per share was warranted following an increase in the Company’s net asset value per share to $8.87 as of June 13, 2016. As a result of the increase in the Company’s public offering price, the maximum sales load and net proceeds per share will be approximately $0.54 per share and $8.91 per share, respectively.
