Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 29, 2016, Carey Credit Income Fund 2016 T (the “Company”) increased its public offering price from $9.80 per share to $9.85 per share. The increase in the public offering price will be effective as of the Company’s December 1, 2016 weekly closing and first applied to subscriptions received in good order from November 23, 2016 through November 29, 2016.
In accordance with the Company’s previously disclosed share pricing policy, the Company determined that an increase in the public offering price per share was warranted following an increase in the Company’s net asset value per share to $9.26 as of November 28, 2016. As a result of the increase in the Company’s public offering price, the maximum sales load and net proceeds per share will be approximately $0.57 per share and $9.28 per share, respectively.
