Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty-five (25%) of the option shares shall vest on the one (1) year anniversary from the vesting commencement date March 1, 2014, and the option shares shall vest in in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the reporting person continuing to be a service provider to the issuer through each vesting date.

2. Option shares shall vest in forty-eight (48) equal monthly installments from the vesting commencement date February 10, 2015, subject to the reporting person continuing to be a service provider to the issuer through each vesting date.

3. Option shares shall vest in forty-eight (48) equal monthly installments from the vesting commencement date February 4, 2016, subject to the reporting person continuing to be a service provider to the issuer through each vesting date.
