Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in Column is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $21.34 to $21.765, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to issuer, any security holder of issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote 1 to this Form 4.

2. This total does not include 21,211,326 shares of Class B Common Stock consisting of (i) 4,522,595 shares held directly by Mr. Hoffmann; (ii) 14,039,748 shares held by Lapis Ventures SAC Limited on behalf of Lapis Healthcare, in which Mr. Hoffmann has a direct pecuniary interest in 11,793,388 of such shares and an indirect pecuniary interest in an aggregate of 2,246,360 of such shares in which his children, who reside with him, have direct pecuniary interests; and (iii) 2,346,983 shares held by Lapis Ventures SAC Limited on behalf of Lapis Data, of which Mr. Hoffmann has a direct pecuniary interest in such shares. The Class B Common Stock is convertible into the issuer's Class A Common Stock on a 1-for-1 basis (a) at the holder's option or (b) upon certain transfers of such shares, and has no expiration date.
