1. The rights accrued when and as cash dividends were reinvested in securities and vest on the same terms as the RSUs to which they relate with vested shares delivered shortly after vesting.

2. Represents 25,988 RSUs originally granted on October 1, 2014 plus prior dividends and 229 RSUs issued effective March 16, 2016 in connection with the company's cash dividend.

3. Represents 8,684 RSUs originally granted on February 23, 2016 and 76 RSUs issued effective March 16, 2016 in connection with the company's cash dividend.
