PixarBio Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, dated November 28, 2016, in which the Company announced an upgrade to the OTCQX Marketplace. Effective November 28, 2016, the Company has been approved for upgrade to the OTCQX Marketplace, signaling that the Company exercises high financial standards, follows best practice corporate governance, demonstrates compliance with U.S. securities law, is current in its disclosures, and is sponsored by a professional third-party advisor. The Company shall continue to trade under stock symbol PXRB.
