Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
Pursuant to a Written Consent by the Board of Directors of PixarBio Corporation (the “Company”) dated February 5, 2018, on February 9, 2018 Katrin Holzhaus was notified of her removal for cause as the Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Francis M. Reynolds, the Company’s co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Scientific Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors was appointed as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.
