(b) Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
On June 9, 2017, Vitaxel Group Limited (the “Company”) received a letter of resignation from Ng Kar Woh (“Mr. Ng”) notifying the Company that Mr. Ng was resigning as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective as of June 9, 2017. Mr. Ng’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the management or board of directors of the Company.
