(the “Registrant”) is reporting the publication on February 5, 2018, of the attached press release announcing the Registrant’s response to the actions of U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the Department of Justice dated January 4, 2018 and the fact that such actions will not adversely impact the Registrant’s operations or business plans.
