On June 29, 2021, Electromedica LLC agreed to return fifteen million (15,000,000) common stock shares to Odyssey Group International, Inc. within three (3) business days and the shares were received by our transfer agent and returned to treasury on July 2, 2021. Electromedica LLC relinquished all rights, title and interest in the Shares through a vote of a majority of the members.
