(“GBDC”), Fifth Ave Subsidiary Inc., GC Advisors LLC, and for certain limited purposes, Golub Capital LLC, as amended, the Company merged with and into GBDC, with GBDC as the surviving corporation, at which time the separate corporate existence of the Company ended. Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, GBDC, as successor by merger to the Company, has caused this notification to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned duly authorized person. |
