Ms. Gaza became an officer of Resource Alternative Adviser, LLC, the investment adviser to the issuer, on January 17, 2018, thereby becoming a reporting person subject to the reporting obligation on Form 3 under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. An initial Form 3 should have been filed on the reporting person's behalf within the applicable Form 3 reporting period following such date. This Form 3 is hereby filed in respect of the initial Form 3 that was not previously filed. No securities of the issuer have been acquired or disposed of, or otherwise beneficially owned, by the reporting person during the period of service of the reporting person as an officer of the issuer.
