Seritage Growth Properties Announces Fourth Quarter 2017 Dividend

New York, NY – October 24, 2017 – Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per Class A and Class C common share for the fourth quarter of 2017.  The dividend will be paid on January 11, 2018 to Class A and Class C shareholders of record on December 29, 2017.
