Videocon d2h to Report Q1FY18 Results on July 29, 2017
Mumbai, July 14, 2017– Videocon d2h Limited (NASDAQ: VDTH) (“Videocon d2h” or the “Company”) will report its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on Saturday, July 29, 2017. The Company’s Q1FY18 results press release and an updated corporate presentation will be available on the company’s website – ir.videocond2h.com – on Saturday, July 29, 2017. Videocon d2h will file its results with the SEC on form 6-K, which will be available at www.sec.gov on Monday, July 31, 2017 before US markets open.
Saurabh Dhoot, Executive Chairman of Videocon d2h, along with senior management, will host two conference calls on Monday, July 31, 2017 to discuss the results.

Resignation of Deputy CEO and COO
Mr. Rohit Jain has resigned from the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer to pursue other opportunities. His resignation will be effective July 31, 2017. He has served Videocon d2h since June 2010. Mr. Himanshu Patil has also resigned from the post of Chief Operating Officer for personal reasons, effective July 14, 2017. He has served Videocon d2h since February 2009.
As an interim arrangement, their roles and responsibilities will be looked after by Mr. Anil Khera, the Chief Executive Officer. Commenting on this, Mr. Anil Khera said “We value their contribution to Videocon d2h in the past several years, and wish them good luck for their future endeavors.”
