On October 16, 2017, Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing its entry into a clinical collaboration agreement with Regeneron Ireland Unlimited Company and Sanofi Biotechnology SAS to study its lead product candidate, AR101, with adjunctive dupilumab in peanut-allergic patients in a Phase 2 trial.
