Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 15, 2019 (the “Redemption Date”), Cable One, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its previously announced conditional redemption of all $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.750% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). In accordance with the redemption provisions of the Indenture, dated as of June 17, 2015, among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto and the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, the Notes were redeemed at a price equal to 101.438% of the principal amount. In addition, the Company paid accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes up to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
