FOR SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL 2016

(NYSE: ENR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the second quarter of its fiscal 2016 of $0.25 per share of Common Stock, payable on March 16, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 19, 2016.
