FOR THIRD QUARTER OF FISCAL 2016

(NYSE: ENR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the third quarter of its fiscal 2016 of $0.25 per share of Common Stock, payable on June 20, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 31, 2016.
