FOR THIRD QUARTER OF FISCAL 2017

ST. LOUIS, May 1, 2017. Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the third quarter of its fiscal 2017 of $0.275 per share of Common Stock, payable on June 14, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2017.
