FOR FIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL 2018

ST. LOUIS, November 13, 2017 - Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the first quarter of its fiscal 2018 of $0.29 per share of Common Stock, payable on December 14, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2017.
