FOR THIRD QUARTER OF FISCAL 2018

ST. LOUIS, April 30, 2018. - Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the third quarter of its fiscal 2018 of $0.29 per share of Common Stock, payable on June 13, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 21, 2018.
