2. The shares of common stock of Hospitality Investors Trust, Inc. (the "Company") distributed to the reporting person were first received by the Former Advisor as stock distributions paid on "Class B Units" in the Company's operating partnership, Hospitality Investors Trust Operating Partnership, L.P.
