Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 9, 2020, Girish Saligram, Chief Operating Officer of Exterran Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to voluntarily resign his position, effective September 25, 2020, in order to assume the chief executive officer position at another company. Mr. Saligram’s resignation was a personal decision and not due to any disagreement with the Company’s management team, operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Saligram is continuing in his role through September 25th, and will assist the Company in the transition of his responsibilities following his resignation. Mr. Saligram’s responsibilities will be reassigned internally during this transition period.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Company issued a press release on September 10, 2020 announcing Mr. Saligram’s decision to voluntarily resign as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. The press release making this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
