Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 31, 2022, we implemented a restructuring of our executive officers and eliminated the positions, effective as of June 3, 2022, for our Senior Vice President, Transmission (Joel Bladow), our Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Member Relations (Jennifer Goss), and our Senior Vice President, Energy Management (Bradford Nebergall). The responsibilities of Mr. Bladow and Mr. Nebergall have been consolidated into a new Chief Operating Officer position that was filled by Barry Ingold, who was our Senior Vice President, Generation. The responsibilities of Ms. Goss have been reassigned to various other executive officers.
