Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 27, 2023, we certified the election by our member, Roosevelt Public Power District, of Wesley Ullrich to replace Ralph Hilyard as the director representing them on our Board of Directors. Mr. Ullrich will serve on the External Affairs-Member Relations Committee.
