On March 28, 2024, NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
