This filing amends the reporting person's Form 4 filed on May 20, 2015 (the "Original Filing"), which originally reported the acquisition of an aggregate of 6,900 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") as the acquisition of options with a specified vesting schedule. The Original Filing is hereby amended to report such acquisition as an acquisition of RSUs and to revise the vesting dates. |
