Explanation of Responses:

1. Since the date of the reporting person's last ownership report, The Erik Blachford and Maryam Mohit Family Trust transferred 229,491 shares of the issuer's common stock to the reporting person and 229,490 shares of the issuer's common stock to the reporting person's ex-spouse pursuant to separation and divorce proceedings. The reporting person does not report as beneficially owned any securities owned by his ex-spouse.

2. These securities were held of record by Erik Blachford, Trustee of The Erik Blachford and Maryam Mohit Family Trust.

3. The option vests as to 25% of the total shares quarterly on each of March 7, 2022, June 7, 2022 and September 7, 2022, with the final 25% vesting on the earlier of (i) December 7, 2022 and (ii) the 2022 annual stockholders meeting, subject to the reporting person's provision of service to the issuer on each vesting date.
